Lead Times and Dispatch

Pieces from the Ready to Wear collection are ready to ship and are sent promptly via overnight tracked courier with NZ Post.

Any pieces which are made to order will be sent out as soon as they are completed. Please get in touch if you require your order by a specific date and I'll see what I can do.

Lead times for bespoke/commission pieces, such as remodels and engagement rings will be discussed with you prior to commencement. The more time the better, so get in touch as early as you can!


We use the tracked overnight courier service with NZ Post. Customers should expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days of purchase, an extra day should be allowed for rural addresses.

All international orders are sent via NZ Post International Courier. Arrival times are usually between 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you are expecting a delivery from us and have yet to receive it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can follow up with the courier company.

Returns and Exchanges

For any returns or exchanges please see our Returns Policy and get in touch as soon as you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

If changes need to be made due to purchasing the wrong size or style, you will be charged the appropriate resizing fee. The customer must return the jewellery by tracked courier at their own cost and risk.
